I gave it this rating based on the fact my husband is very handy. He assembled the chair in the matter of minutes. He said if I would have had to assemble it may have been a bit tricky.Comfort is based on a 12 y/o girls opinion. She said it is firm and loves the feel. My husband has also sat in the chair. He has had a lower fusion in his back and said it has nice back support for the times he's sat in the chair.It is very sturdy, well balances and rolls easily on an area rug or hardwood floors. The chair fits nicely under her desk. The base of the chair is heavy so I don't see the chair tipping over. It is easy for our daughter to adjust the height.She likes the faux fur. It isn't scratchy or hot. This was a big worry of mine. She is very texture sensitive. She loves it. It is easy to clean with my vacuum attachments. I don't use the roller brush I use the bristle attachment.
